Poor customer service. The ticketing girl is not accomodating when asked questions and also looks irritated when you keep asking. Syempre gusto makasiguro sa seats na kukunin diba? And to think na walang pila that time, ako lang ang customer sa counter. If not for our idols and if there were other ticket suppliers, I wouldn't make effort and waste time to go here.
location is a bit confusing for people not familiar with the area. staff is helpful. if you want to print out your tickets (if bought online), there is a 50php fee :)
purchased my first concert ticket online with their website but after the concert got cancelled. i didn't get my refuns back. it's been 2 months so far

Went here to inquire about concert tickets. The lady immediately informed me that only Lower box and VIP tickets are left. So I did not push through with the purchase. I tried online the following day. Lo and behold, the tickets were available, and no declaration on limitations of number of tickets to purchase were even stated. I went through anyway and called their hotline to confirm. According to their hotline, the tickets were only released that morning - which is highly possible but unusual. Anyway, I still went to the concert. But I'm originally unhappy with the result from my actual visit.
No concern for customers.
Very slow service and not worth your time.
